Transforming Communities Together

Two pairs of shoes stand beside the phrase 'PASSION LED US HERE' on pavement.

Our Mission

A positive mindset promotes positive behavior, which is essential for community activism and driving positive change. The mission of Chicagoland Community Connectors & Violence Interrupters is to break the cycle of violence and crime across Chicago and Lake County by actively engaging communities in their own healing, safety, and progress. We serve as a bridge to vital resources and services that address evolving community needs—promoting actions that build unity, foster individual strengths, and enhance collective responsibility in the pursuit of social justice. Through initiatives like real-world job training, hunger relief, youth support, and reintegration assistance for formerly incarcerated individuals, we aim to create safer neighborhoods, reduce recidivism, and empower every resident to thrive.

Our Vision

The founders of Triple C’s have triumphed over some of life’s most challenging barriers—homelessness, incarceration, single parenting, domestic violence, mental health struggles, street violence, and moments of hopelessness. Yet through every trial and tribulation, we have not only survived, we have prevailed.

Our strength comes from deep community ties and a powerful vision—a vision to be better today than we were yesterday. A vision to show others that they too can rise above any obstacle. A vision to teach the youth that a positive mindset promotes positive behavior and drives community activism, proving that any dream is possible when:

You believe in yourself

You know someone believes in YOU

At Triple C’s, we believe in YOU.

We believe in the power of self-love, truth, and community. We believe that being honest with your comrades cultivates peace within yourself and your neighborhood, fostering an environment for positive change. We believe that your mindset is the foundation of your freedom—because true freedom begins in the mind.

And above all, we believe that living righteously and lifting up your neighbor is the greatest form of social justice there is.
